Shallen's Creations LLC  partners with third parties such as Printful. , To view their return policy, simply click on the word. There are individuals as well and by default will be covered under Shallen's Creations LLC Creative Custom Crafts refund policies unless stated otherwise.
Returns

Every purchase is sold  “AS IS'' mostly because through email correspondence throughout the process there will be plenty of chances to back out or change your mind.  Also, in the emails, I send a final product picture before I charge your card or cash your check and get your purchase to you.  

In cases of an unfortunate delivery issue where the item got broken, or something please take pictures immediately and send me an email so we can go from there free of charge.

Repairs on Creations

Later down the road if something should break or fall off...example...Rocks don't like glue.  Sometimes they come unstuck with even touching it....simply reapply some glue. If it's not that simple, feel free to take a photo and email it to me and we can figure it out from there....shallenscreations@gmail.com
